William (Bill) Morton, M.Sc, B.Sc., P.Geo.

Position: President, CEO and Director
A certified professional geologist (P.Geo) since 1991, Bill Morton has been involved in the senior management of public resource companies for more than 30 years. He has worked for large international mining companies and smaller junior miners including Dome Mines, Sumitomo Mining Company and Imperial Metals Corp. Bill received his B.Sc.( Geology) From Carleton University in Ottawa and his M.Sc. at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Bill is also the president of Eastfield Resources and Cariboo Rose Resources and acts as a director or advisor to several other companies.

David Douglas, C.P.A., C.A. 

Position: CFO and Director
Mr. Douglas is a CPA, CA with over 30 years of experience in the accounting, corporate finance, and mining industries. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary to a number of junior mining companies and has participated in the sale or financing of over 30 private and public enterprises with a combined value of over $400million. Mr. Douglas is a graduate of the Commerce Program (Finance) at the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Glen Garratt, B.Sc., P.Geo.

Position: Vice President, Secretary and Director
Glen Garratt is an exploration geologist in mineral exploration with over 45 years experience, predominantly in Western North America. He has held positions with several major companies such as Placer Dome, Amoco, and Norcen. In 1979 Glen formed an exploration and consulting firm that operated from offices in Reno, Nevada and Kamloops, BC. In 1987 he merged his consulting practice with Bill Morton’s, and formed Eastfield Resources. Glen is currently VP and director of Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd., Eastfield Resources Ltd.

Victor A. Tanaka, P.Geo.

Position: Director
Mr. Vic Tanaka is an exploration geologist with over 40 years of broad Canadian and international experience at all levels of responsibility. During his career he has participated in in the discovery of a variety of mineral deposits and has held senior positions with with Freeport McMoran Gold Co., Aber Resources Ltd., Asamera Inc., Cominco Ltd., Canarc Resources and Fjordland Exploration Inc.

Mr. Tanaka is also a director of Fjordland Exploration Inc., Impact Minerals Ltd. and Westhaven Gold Corp.

Peter Krag-Hansen

Position: Director
Peter Krag-Hansen has over 35 years experience in the securities field. Prior to joining Consolidated Woodjam, he was a Senior Vice President and Director of Canaccord Capital Corporation, the largest independent investment firm in Canada. Peter is currently a director of Fjordland Exploration Inc.

Peter Gianulis,  Advisor

Peter Gianulis is the President and Managing Director of Carrelton Asset Management, a natural resource focused private equity fund. He was formerly a Partner of the Salomon Brothers Hedge Fund Group until 2005 and has spent approximately 25 years as an advisor, investor, or insider in numerous companies in the natural resource industry including Hathor Exploration Limited (now Rio Tinto), CGA Mining(now B2Gold Mining Company), Northern Orion Resources (now Yamana Gold Mining) and Allegiant Gold Ltd where he is currently the President. Mr. Gianulis holds a BA degree from the University of California (San Diego) and an MBA from Cornell University

Shawn Nichols,  Advisor

Mr. Nichols has over 30 years of experience in capital markets having worked as a Senior Investment Councel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Citibank Canada Inc. Mr. Nichols also served as Director of Capital Markets for Scotia Capital Inc., from 2002-2014. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall in Toronto.

 

Tom Schroeter, P.Eng/P.Geo.

Position: Senior Technical Advisor
Tom Schroeter is both a mining and geological engineer with over forty years experience related to the mining industry in Canada. After working in the private sector with a variety of mining companies, he worked with the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, being based in Vancouver for twenty one years. Tom has established a reputation as one of the most respected and expert authorities on British Columbia’s geology and mineral deposits.

Richard C. Atkinson, P.Eng

Position: Senior Advisor
Richard Atkinson is a mining engineer and mineral exploration executive with 45 years experience managing and directing publicly listed exploration companies. In his capacity as a private investor, DA is currently active in the restructuring and financing of mineral exploration ventures worldwide. DA is currently a director of Fjordland Exploration Inc.
